Grown near Soavinandriana at elevations around 1,400 meters above sea level, the coffee reflects the unique agricultural landscape of Madagascar, where producers cultivate coffee on small plots alongside a diverse mix of crops. Following harvest, the Red and Yellow Bourbon cherries undergo a moderate-intervention washed process, including dry fermentation, depulping, underwater fermentation, washing, and drying on raised beds.
