    Where are the cafés, and what are the hours?

    Three cafés in Sumner County. Hendersonville (251 W Main St) and Long Hollow (1188 Long Hollow Pike, Gallatin) are open Monday–Saturday 6:30a–6p and Sunday 8a–3p. Public Square (106 Public Square, Gallatin) is open Monday–Saturday 6:30a–6p and Sunday 12p–6p. Call (615) 912-0314.

    Where is the coffee roasted?

    We roast in Gallatin, Tennessee — not Hendersonville. The Hendersonville shop is a café. Bags and café drinks come from the Gallatin roastery.

    Can I buy bags of coffee online?

    Yes. Shop current bags at blackelm.coffee/collections/retail-beans. One Roast Series #14 is sold out; that collection is the retail lineup we ship.
