We use Square gift cards for our cafes and mobile app, and Shopify gift cards for shipped orders on blackelm.coffee. They are not interchangeable — check which one you have before you checkout.

Cafe gift card

Buy for someone who visits our Tennessee cafes or orders ahead on the Black Elm app.

  • Redeem at Hendersonville, Public Square, and Long Hollow
  • Works for order-ahead pickup in the Black Elm app
  • Can be sent digitally by email or text

Does not work on blackelm.coffee checkout for shipped coffee.

Buy a digital gift card for beans and merch shipped from blackelm.coffee. Choose $25, $50, or $100 — we email the code to you or your recipient.

  • Buy online in $25, $50, or $100 amounts
  • Redeem at checkout on blackelm.coffee for shipped orders
  • Not valid in cafes or the Black Elm app
