Each month we will roast a new coffee. The catch, we are only doing ONE ROAST of it. Once it's roasted and sold out, it's not coming back. It's going to be an exciting and adventurous coffee each time and will include a brew guide on how we recommend to brew it.

For July 2026, we have a washed coffee from Yunguilla Valley, Azuay Province, Ecuador. Cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers in high-elevation communities, this lot reflects the terroir, climate, and craftsmanship of its origin. Washed processing preserves clarity in the cup while letting the coffee's natural character shine.

In the cup, this coffee offers a layered and approachable profile with notes of toffee, caramel, chamomile, mandarin.
