Coffee lovers, this is what you've been waiting for. If you love to try new coffees and are always looking for that new and exciting, we have subscription for you.
Each month we will roast a new coffee, the kicker, we are only doing ONE ROAST of it. Once it's roasted and sold out, it's not coming back. It's going to be an exciting and adventurous coffee each time and will include a brew guide on how we recommend to brew it.
Produced in Rwanda’s Southern Province near the Nyungwe Forest region, this coffee was processed at the Busanze Washing Station, a site known for its commitment to quality and meticulous cherry selection. Farmers deliver carefully handpicked cherries to the station, where the coffee undergoes a controlled washed process designed to emphasize clarity, sweetness, and regional character. This combination creates a vibrant and expressive cup that reflects both the region and the craftsmanship of the Busanze community.
In the cup, this coffee delivers a layered profile with notes of boysenberry, vanilla, melon, and peach sweet tea, creating a balance of fruit sweetness and smooth richness. The melon adds a juicy brightness, while soft vanilla sweetness and cocoa undertones provide structure and depth throughout the finish. The result is a refined and approachable coffee with a silky body, vibrant complexity, and lingering sweetness that showcases both the quality of the farm and the precision of the processing.
We cannot state this enough, this coffee, especially at this price point, will not be found anywhere else. Get it while it's here.
Enjoy it while it lasts, were only doing ONE ROAST on this and we only have 20 bags available. First come first brew
