Coffee - ONE ROAST SERIES # 4 Ethiopia Guji Carbonic Maceration (Roasting and ship on 10/23)

Coffee lovers, this is what you've been waiting for. If you love to try new coffees and are always looking for that new and exciting, we have subscription for you. 

Each month we will roast a new coffee, the kicker, we are only doing ONE ROAST of it. Once it's roasted and sold out, it's not coming back. It's going to be an exciting and adventurous coffee each time and will include a brew guide on how we recommend to brew it. 

Series # 4 is Ethiopia Guji Carbonic Maceration! You've had coffees that will be similar to this before, but we'd be willing to bet you havent had one this well done before. Every step of this coffee was produced meticulously. Tracon Coffee has helped open the door to this coffee and the skill needed to produce it. The processing method only aim was to enhance the flavor that already existed, FRUIT! The low oxygen environment created specialized fermentation in the carbonic maceration allows for so many fruits and vibrant flavors to show up. Think raspberry, peaches, cherries (The sweet ones), blueberry compote, peach cobbler, it's a true FRUIT BOMB.
