Black Elm Coffee has three locations in Tennessee: 251 West Main Street in Hendersonville, 106 Public Square Suite 100 in Gallatin, and 1188 Long Hollow Pike in Gallatin. All locations are open Monday-Saturday 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

The Honey Blossom is our Spring Seasonal Blend for 2026. Its comprised of Costa Rica Las Lajas Black Diamond and Tanzania Tarime Peaberry. Both of these are very fresh crop and highlighter coffees that would stand out by themselves (we do offer them), but put together create this wonderful bouquet of flavors.

In this blend we taste stone fruits, more on the darker side. Think plum, rich apricots, pluots even! We also get a nice backing of milk chocolate, a great pairing. That Tanzania brings in a good acidity with a lemon loaf or lemon cake aftertaste and a creamy body. Overall, it carries this honey like, almost floral like sweetness.
