Coffee - Papua New Guinea Wahgi Valley

Papua New Guinea is (half of) an island in Indonesia. Indonesia tends to produce some unique coffees that people love or hate. More often than not, they produce woody, nutty, rich coffees that are great when that is what your looking for! This coffee from PNG however, also brings in some fruit flavors that pair perfectly with the pecan and spice flavors you find in traditional Indos. It's a medium elevation 1200-1400masl coffee from the Kolom Opints plantations, operated by owner Kenneth Opints, in Wahgi Valley of PNG.
